Key & Responsibilities:

• Define the company’s technology vision, strategies and roadmap;
• Oversee, responsible for overall teams of IT department;
• Oversee the development, deployment and maintenance of technology;
• Ensuring the company’s technology aligns with business objectives and market trends;
• Lead research and innovation efforts to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business objectives;
• Design and develop robust IT infrastructure to support business growth;
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and gain a competitive advantage;
• Ensure IT infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability;
• Build and leading high-performing technical teams;
• Plan and manage the technology budget to maximize return on investment;
• Identifying and mitigating potential technology risks;
• Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.



Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree or doctoral degree preferred)
• Proven experience in technology leadership roles minimum 10 years of experience in technology-related roles
• Strong technical expertise of various technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI, Big Data, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior management and employees
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and emerging tech
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
