Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Document business processes and workflows.
- Evaluate and improve business processes.
- Identify and evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business process models.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Support the implementation of business solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Create reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
- Ensure business solutions align with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools.
- Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
