Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Plan, execute and oversee IT teams such as System developer, Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack, Mobile Apps Developer, UX/UI designer
- Track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Monitoring and Evaluation team performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in project management with tools like MS Project, Notion, ClickUp, Jira or Trello…
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Certifications and experience like PMP, waterfall or Agile preferred.
